Barnham Broom Wedding Photography
A wet and windy day in Norwich for this Norfolk Wedding Photographer was one of love, laughter and fantastic stormy skies over head.
This was a wedding at Barnham Broom Hotel, Norwich.
My wife and I have stayed there before, so when Leanne contacted me about her and Ashley's wedding, I was straight away excited for the food! The food really is great!

I met Leanne & Ashley at Old Hunstanton for their pre wedding shoot.
A walk on an empty beach on a weekend morning is something everyone should do.
On the morning of the big day, I documented Leanne's preparations and the little details like the dress, the shoes and the jewellery.
The corridors outside of the rooms at Barnham Broom have been decorated in dark colours and are lit by spotlights, perfect for making the dress standout.
Leanne's dress was from Fabulous Bridal of Bourne, Lincolnshire.
All make up was by 'Make up by Jayde'
I love to document the room and the events around the bride as she gets ready for her big moment.
In her mothers shoes.
This is something I love to do when the couple have a young child together.
After Jayde had finished Leanne's make up it was time for Amy Harris Hair and Beauty to take over.
When the dress is on and it's time to go I love to get photos of the bride near a window.
The difference between the light from the window and the shadows makes for dramatic images.
Outside the rain had just stopped in time for the end of the ceremony and the group shots.
Joe, Ashley's best man, was one of my grooms from August 2019.
They decided to hold hands, LOL!
Confetti time is always fun
The fallen leaves and the stormy skies helped make these beautiful newlywed portraits.
A little bit of wind just at the right time blew the veil for me........thank you!
I 1st did a 'shoe shot' like this about 5 years ago and It's something I'll carry on forever.
Inside it was time for the wedding breakfast, which was absolutely lovely!
This gorgeous cake was made by Country Kitchen Cakes, Spalding, Lincolnshire.
Entertainment was provided throughout the day by Dean Odell Mind Reader.
I personally love a bit of magic and I'd recommend Dean all day long, contact him now!
Now apparently the guys had a nude drawing class as part of the stag do, here's the evidence.
When it's raining outside and you have a couple who are up for creating something special then grab an umbrella.
Leanne & Ashley hired Thomas at Chenerymedia to film their wedding.
Throughout the day we bounced ideas off of each other. Tom had an LED light panel and wanted to get a few frames outside in the dark, I was more than happy to help out.
I'm looking forward to working with Chenerymedia again.
Cute!
Connections Disco supplied the DJ that got the place rocking during the wedding reception.
My day finished with a sparkler exit.
It was spitting with rain outside but all the guests grabbed a sparkler and helped create something magical.
Ashley & Leanne, Mr & Mrs White, thank you so much for choosing me to photograph your wedding.
Good luck with the new baby on the way! x
